TICC partners with Living Waters and TEMA to bring hurricane relief

The Organisers of the 31st Tobago International Cycling Classic (TICC) are partnering with the Living Waters Community and the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) to raise funds and collect relief  supplies for the victims of the recent hurricanes which have ravaged several Caribbean islands with the last month.
