Marlo Rodman (Jamaica/PSL) won the overall title in the Division One at the 2015 Tobago International Cycle Classic held at Wilson Road, Scarborough earlier today (Saturday, October 3). Tyler Cole (T&T/Rigtech took the Division Two.
