This event catered to cyclists who are not registered with the Trinidad and Tobago Cycling Federation (TTCF) and had entries in several categories, including tiny mite ladies and casual riders. The event covered ten laps on the Plymouth criterium circuit which is a flat and fast one with four 90% corners which are usually challenging to the cyclists in terms of the need to accelerate or ‘get up’ after each turn. Twenty five cyclists started the event which was enjoyable to competitors and spectators alike. The winners in the open category were:
